Massage Therapy Session:

1. Upon arriving for your first visit, you will complete a health history information form. Your massage therapist will then go over the form with you during a brief consultation, discussing any medical conditions you may have. In some cases, a physician's consent may be needed due to certain physical conditions.

2. You will then be asked to undress in private and drape yourself with a towel provided. You may leave your underwear off or on at your discretion. You will lie down on a comfortably padded massage table. The therapist will undrape only the part of the body being massaged, insuring that your modesty is respected at all times.

3. You should expect a peaceful and comfortable environment. Report distractions of any kind to your therapist, whether from physical discomfort, room temperature, volume of music, or outside disturbance.
